Due to the perishable nature of our canned cocktails, we are unable to accept physical returns of alcohol; however, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please check your Tip Top cans for any signs of leakage or transit damage before opening the packaging.
- 2.Document Issues
Take clear photos of any damaged products or incorrect items received to help our team process your claim quickly.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the attached photos to initiate a resolution.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once reviewed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
